Services that we provide

 

ADO Architects provides a comprehensive one-stop architectural consultation service in the Building Industry. This comprises research, design, technical documentation, construction supervision, and maintenance management of buildings. Planning of new buildings, re-planning of existing buildings, extensions, alterations and refurbishments. ADO Architect's fields of expertise are: Architectural, Interior Design, Industrial Design & Project Management.

We are committed to total quality and are therefore inspired to be the leading and most sought after provider of professional services and products. It is our aim to satisfy our client's needs, to establish a sound financial structure at the commencement of the project and to maintain it for the duration of the project.

We provide services of professional and technological standards of competence, expertise and efficiency. A sound professional Practice Code ensures that all work done is in accordance with the National Building Regulations, Local Authority Bylaws, Codes and Standards. In our ongoing pursuit for excellence we have built strong relationships with consultants and contractors across the South African landscape. We believe that we are able to co-opt the best expertise available across the spectrum of the South African consulting profession.

Centrex Building | Telkom's Centrex complex in the Durban city centre, which houses the city's central telephone exchange, was several decades old and in desperate need of both external and internal refurbishment when Telkom decided in 1992 to go ahead with a complete repair and renovation project. Telkom NNOC Building | Telkom's new National Network Operations Centre (NNOC) and Information Technology Services (ITS) was built to enable the telecommunications provider to monitor and manage the core Telkom network and provide internal technical support functions. Telkom HQ Foyers | For a host of practical, aesthetic and corporate-image reasons, Telkom embarked on a comprehensive refurbishing of the foyers and mezzanine of its head office complexes in the centre of Pretoria early in 2001. Apart from the imperative of projecting a more modern, dynamic and customer-friendly image, in line with the utility's preparations for competition and a public listing (at the time), Telkom's aim was to streamline access to the complex by staff and visitors and to improve the glaringly inadequate parking facilities for visitors.
